Although the BklynBirth staff are all licensed nurse midwives, their work for BklynBirth is to provide information and training exclusively in the capacity of educators, not to provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. We encourage you to build a strong relationship with your provider and seek their advice with any questions you have regarding your health, your pregnancy, and your delivery.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

We recommend that you schedule classes to end by the time you are 36 weeks pregnant. BklynBirth is not responsible for providing make-ups or issuing any refunds for classes missed as a result of scheduling conflicts, vacations, illness, emergencies or other circumstances beyond our control. Deposits to hold a space in a BklynBirth class are non-refundable after payment is received. Once you have begun to attend a class series, no refunds will be issued. If you cannot make it to one of the scheduled classes, you may discuss available options with your educator.

We reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment.  We will make every effort to accomodate you in another class.
